My dear Hamid Bhai,

            On the basis of discussion we had at Jamia Hamdard I have formulated a set of 15 points which need to be persuaded urgently in the light of the Sachar Report. I regret that the list exceeds the limit of 10, we had set.

I agree with you that implementation is the essence, but some of the recommendations if the Sachar Report are simply impracticable and have a long term range. Before we call for implementation of the Report, we should pin point the  recommendations from the point of view of their implementability and visible impact on the state of the Muslim minority.

 I request you to go over of the and suggest any changes. We can finalize it at our next meeting in the light of the document professor Majid had kindly agreed to prepared.
