Thank you for your letter of 24 August, 2006 and for details about SWII System.  My statement was based on earlier information. 

However, I am not happy that some professional colleges have introduced their own separate admission test which is generally a farce. Secondly, the management invariably sells its seats to the biggest bidders.  I would like to know whether 7,000 engineering unfilled seats in Muslim  engineering college are vacant or how they have been filled.

The AP Government`s SW II Order is not balanced. The minority institutions have the discretion to determine the minority quota which should not be less than 50%.  But they should fill up non-reserved (general) seats through the common state test.
